MOTEL, to the power of 3

We're excited to announce our two new studio spaces at Motel.

To help cater to the demand for our space we have expanded into the railway arches next door and spent the summer converting them into spaces suitable for both our event and photographic shoot clients. We have laid polished concrete floors, built walls, installed vintage industrial lighting, full length glass doors, kitchenettes, full disabled access and even cleaned every original 19th century brick. There are three brand new ladies toilets, 1 men's toilet and 4 urinals, along with a unisex toilet for the disabled.

Arch 407 is the largest of our three venues now with capacity for up to 280 people at a standing event. Arch 408 is a slightly smaller venue with capacity for up to 200 at a standing event. These two incredible venues can be used either individually for photographic shoots, workshops, conferences, product launches, brand activations, pop up shops or together for larger events as they are joined by a roomy internal corridor space.

We were honoured to be selected by Hue & Cry Agency and Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy as the venue to host the week long launch of the Belvedere Vodka Single Estate Rye Series in the first week of October 2017. Guests arrived in the very private Long Street to a grass path which led them to the entrance of Studio 1. They were then led through an experiential event culminating in Studio 2. I'm happy to say the event was a great success and enjoyed by all. Following the event Senior Account Manager Vanessa Angeli commented "The team are incredibly supportive and available. This venue is brand new, beautiful and really well structured to accommodate different type of events."

We'd love you to pop along if you're in the area, just give us a call and we'll get the kettle on!
