Richard, David and I spent a couple of days cycling back from Swansea over the bank holiday. This was only after welcoming the youngest member of the squad - Felix. Sadly the weather was a bit cold for our new kits, which we hope will have a run out this weekend.

The day started with David attacking the brutal Constitution Hill in Swansea. It's only 300m long, but at an average of 18% and cobbled, it's not for the faint hearted. He managed to get 5th overall on strava, and that was on his winter bike. Pretty impressive, but maybe not the best idea before a 100 miles into a headwind!

The first day was a costal route ending in Bristol. The name of the ride on strava is a quote from a film set in Swansea, not my judgement of the place!  Day two headed south from Bristol, taking in some climbs, including Cheddar Gorge, before ending in Swindon.
